SAMBA, AUGUST 01: A compensation disbursement camp was organized at Vijaypur under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner Samba, Rajesh Sharma for the land and structures acquired for the construction of the Delhi-Katra Expressway (DKE).
During the camp, an amount of ₹3.17 crore was disbursed among 29 beneficiaries. The Deputy Commissioner also addressed the grievances of the landowners and locals on the spot.
The event witnessed the presence of Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Sub-Divisional Magistrate Vijaypur and Tehsildar, besides other concerned officers and officials. A large number of locals also attended the camp.
The initiative marked a significant step towards ensuring timely compensation and smooth execution of the Delhi-Katra Expressway project.
