JAMMU, AUGUST 07: Dr. Rakesh Minhas today formally assumed office as the new Deputy Commissioner of Jammu district. On the occasion, he expressed his commitment to further strengthen ongoing administrative efforts and carry forward the initiatives undertaken by his predecessor to ensure continuity in public service delivery and good governance.
