ANANTNAG, AUGUST 11: Celebrating the spirit of Independence Day, colorful and vibrant Tiranga rallies were organised under HGT Campaign with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor across the district Anantnag, today.
Departments including Revenue, Education, Youth Services & Sports, RDD, Poshan, Jal Shakti and other agencies organized these rallies, reflecting the spirit of the national campaign and symbolising reverence for the Tricolor.
Tiranga rallies were held at Anantnag, Bijbihara, Kokernag, Dooru and Pahalgam and other places and witnessed active participation of the senior officers from civil administration and police, officials of various departments, civil society members, students, bikers, among others. The participants travelled through the roads and playfields with jubilance displaying the Tricolor as a show of resilience, national pride and unity.
, as part of the HGT Campaign, cleanliness drives under the ‘Swachhta’ initiative and multiple events emphasising water conservation were held in educational institutions and other public offices of the district.
