During the review, emphasis was placed on prioritizing snow clearance to minimize inconvenience to the public. All concerned departments have been directed to remain alert and responsive to emerging situations, ensuring timely intervention wherever required. To monitor the situation closely, a 24×7 District Control Room has been established.

Departments have been mandated to maintain close coordination for swift redressal of public grievances and effective response to emergencies caused by snowfall or inclement weather , the DC added .
