JAMMU, JULY 18: Director School Education Jammu Dr Naseem Javaid Chowdhary today congratulated students of Jammu Division who qualified the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET-UG) 2026, crediting their success to perseverance, discipline and the support of parents, teachers and institutions.
Addressing candidates who did not qualify this year, Dr Chowdhary said an examination result is not a measure of a person’s worth or future and urged them to review their preparation honestly and try again.
“Success is not distributed equally across time,” he said. “Some flowers bloom with the first rain, while others wait for another season, but both eventually blossom. What matters is not the number of attempts but the refusal to give up on one’s dream.”
Dr Chowdhary reaffirmed the School Education Department’s commitment to supporting every learner’s academic journey.
