KISHTWAR, OCTOBER 30: The District Rent Assessment Committee today approved 09 rent assessment cases pertaining to various government departments, here at a meeting chaired by Deputy Commissioner Pankaj Kumar Sharma.
The approved cases included private buildings rented by the Police, FCS&CA, Education, Health, Animal Husbandry and Handicrafts Departments.
The Deputy Commissioner directed the concerned officers to ensure timely disbursement of rent to landowners, while simultaneously ensuring the proper upkeep and safeguarding of government and rented properties. He further emphasized that rent payments must be released only after due verification of records and fulfillment of all requisite formalities.
The meeting was attended by ADC Pawan Kotwal; ASP Mohammad Shafiq; AD Handicrafts Pardeep Shan; CMO Dr. Sanjay Bhat besides other officers and officials of the concerned departments.
