With the death of Heeraben Modi—the beloved mother of Prime Minister Narendra Modi—an era spanning over a century has come to an end. The loss of his mother must be the source of great pain to the PM who was regularly seen visiting his mother whenever he was set to go for anything big and it is also true that her blessings always did the magic for him as he soared and soared high to reach the highest seat of Governance in the country and earn a name across the globe of being one of the popular leaders, pushing behind several other prominent faces famous of their achievements.

On the demise of Heeraben, it is not only the PM who is in pain, but the entire nation is grieving, because she bestowed this nation with a man who is working day in and day out for the betterment and the welfare of this country and making India a power to reckon with across the globe. With the death of his mother, the PM is going to feel her absence, especially on the occasions when he would visit her for blessings, but she is gone now and has left behind someone who is making a great difference almost every day; setting new benchmarks to take the country to the new heights.

What is interesting to note, soon after the death of PM’s mother, right after he bid farewell to her, he was seen back in the office, working and not even wasting a single moment, which could end up making a great difference. Even a single second is precious to him and he believes in utilizing the same for the betterment of the country and the people who let him have the steering of the country by making him the Prime Minister. Right after cremating his mother, he was back to work and virtually inaugurated several projects in Kolkata. All of this speaks of his dedication and commitment towards the people of this country and it also speaks volumes about the upbringing he received from his mother. It vouches for him being unstoppable.

India owes a lot to Heeraben Modi because her son has shown exemplary character out in the open when he has been tasked to deliver. His way of work, his dedication and the courage which he presents, are all that he has got from his mother—to say the least, the seed of these qualities was sown by his mother—and these are the elements which he has at the back, pushing him to do more every day; become great every moment.  The nation shares the pain of PM Modi and prays for the peace of the departed soul. Heeraben would continue to be around the PM, seeing him making his nation proud, making this country stronger and working endlessly to deliver on every front. She has blessed this nation with a great son who will continue to make her feel proud every day.
