Saini throughout his illustrious career has exhibited exceptional professionalism and unwavering dedication to the values and goals of the department.
In this connection, a grand farewell ceremony was held at DIPR office Jammu where colleagues, friends and well-wishers came together to honour Prem Saini and share their fond memories.
