KISHTWAR, JUNE 14: A public meeting was organized under the chairmanship of the Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Marwah Dr Mohamed Ashraf to address various issues.
The camp was attended by the Tehsildar Dachhan, BDO Dachhan, GM CVPP and officers from JP Construction company, the public of Tander and Tunder villages.
During the meeting, several issues were raised, with the primary concern being the damage and cracks in the residential houses of Tander and Tunder due to heavy blasting.
In response, the SDM issued directions to the Tehsildar Dachhan to constitute a team to assess the loss caused by the blasting.
Additionally, during the visit, objections under Section 15(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency Act 2013 for the Ikhala Block Boundary to Lopara PMGSY Road of Village Sounder and Loharna were heard at the Panchayat Ghar Sounder. All objectors were given the opportunity to be heard and almost objections were resolved amicably on spot.
