Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara, Ayushi Sudan while congratulating the people of the district and Health authorities said that SHC-AAM, Putushai got the NQAS certificate for scoring 92.41 % in all 12 service packages followed by SHC-AAM Sholoora with overall score of 89.64 %.

Pertinently these centers in the district had met rigorous criteria and demonstrated commitment to delivering high quality health care services to the community.

It signifies the commitment of the District Administration and health department in Kupwara district towards providing accessible, equitable and high quality healthcare services to the community.

The NQAS certification is achieved for adherence to quality assurance standards in health facilities, covering various aspects of healthcare delivery, infrastructure, hygiene and patient care. This certification not only enhances the credibility and reputation of these healthcare institutions, but also instills confidence among patients regarding the quality and reliability.
