UDHAMPUR, AUGUST 05: To review the preparedness and control measures to prevent the spread of dengue in the district, Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Saloni Rai, convened a meeting of officers at the Mini Conference Hall, DC Office Complex Udhampur.
The meeting was attended by Chief Medical Officer Dr. Anil Manhas, Deputy Chief Medical Officer Dr. Yaseen, and other concerned officials.
During the meeting, the DC emphasized the necessity of proactive measures to prevent dengue cases and reduce mortality. The Health Department was instructed to enhance surveillance, ensure timely diagnosis and treatment, and implement effective control measures.
The DC underscored the importance of creating awareness among the masses about the control and prevention of dengue. She directed the concerned department to ensure routine fogging and spraying to control the disease.
