DODA, AUGUST 23:- District Election Officer (DEO) Doda Harvinder Singh took stock of security and other arrangements at designated Strong Room and Counting Centres established for the General Election to the Legislative Assembly-2024.
During the spot inspection, the DEO reviewed the arrangements and facilities at the Strong Room and Counting Centre, including security measures and amenities for manning staff.
The DEO asked concerned authorities to put into operation all necessary measures well in advance adding that the same was crucial to facilitate a smooth and efficient election process.
The DEO stressed the importance of organizing adequate space for counters within the Counting Halls to prevent any cluttering during the management of election-related material.
