Assembly Elections-2024 General Training for Employees held in all 03 Assembly Constituencies of Bandipora

BANDIPORA, AUGUST 24: In view of the General Election to the Legislative Assembly 2024, the District Election Office Bandipora on Saturday organized a one-day general training programme in all three assembly constituencies of Bandipora District.

The training was imparted to all employees (except female employees) of different departments, including I&FC Sumbal, MC Sumbal, MC Hajin, R&B Sumbal, PHE Hydraulic Bpr, R&B Gurez, and Revenue, at their respective Assembly Constituencies.

For employees of Assembly Constituency 15-Bandipora, the training was held at Town Hall MC Bandipora, where the Chief Education Officer Bandipora attended the inaugural session and took stock of all the preparations and facilities at the training centre.

All the DLMTs and ALMTs of AC 15-Bandipora were present at Town Hall MC Bandipora for imparting training to the employees.

Similarly, for employees of the 14-Sonawari Assembly Constituency, the training was held at Dak Banglow Irrigation Colony Sumbal, and for employees of the 16-Gurez AC, the training was held at Dak Banglow Dawar Gurez.

During the training, the employees were briefed about the handling of EVMs (CU / BU and VVPAT) and all other formats and annexures necessary for the conduct of the elections.
