BANDIPORA SEPTEMBER 29: In view of Assembly Elections 2024, the final randomization of poll staff was today conducted at Mini Secretariat Bandipora.
The final Randomization for allotment of Polling Stations to Polling Staff was conducted by District Election Officer (DEO) Bandipora, Manzoor Ahmad Qadri under the supervision of General Observer for Bandipora and Sonawari AC, Nelson Eyon Bage besides General Observer for 16-Gurez AC, Ramniwas Yadav also oversee randomization process in virtual mode.
The randomization was conducted using a dedicated software for the purpose as per the prescribed guidelines of the Election Commission of India (ECI), ensuring fairness and impartiality in the deployment of polling staff.
It was given out that 312 teams have been created to conduct polling in three assembly constituencies of Bandipora viz 14-Sonawari, 15-Bandipora and 16-Gurez which are scheduled to go for polls on 01 October 2024.
Further, randomization of micro observers was also conducted on the occasion.
Among others, DyDEO Mohammad Rafeeq Bhat, ACR/RO 15-Bandipora Shabir Ahmad wani, DIO/Nodal Officer MCMC Aadil Manzoor Wani, CEO Kishor Kumar, DyCEO Dr. G. M. Pujoo and other concerned were present.
RO 14- Sonawari, Murtaza Ahmad Sheikh, and RO 16-Gurez Mukhtar Ahmad also attended virtually.
