RAJOURI, NOVEMBER 28: Deputy Commissioner Rajouri Abhishek Sharma on Thursday chaired a high-level meeting here in Dak Bungalow, to review and finalize arrangements for the smooth conduct of the OMR-based written examination for the recruitment of Constables being organized by the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB).
The meeting was convened to ensure meticulous planning and seamless execution of the examination process. ADC Rajouri, Rajiv Khajuria, briefed the chair about the comprehensive preparations made by the district administration.
Abhishek Sharma laid emphasis on the critical aspects to ensure transparency and efficiency. He said that signboards with directions and instructions will be installed near examination centers for the convenience of candidates.
Complete videography of the examination process will be conducted to maintain transparency and accountability. Dedicated control rooms and strong rooms will be established at each examination center to monitor and secure the examination process.
SSP Gaurav Sikarwar highlighted the importance of close coordination among center superintendents, duty magistrates, and police personnel to maintain law and order and ensure a hassle-free examination.
