SHOPIAN, DECEMBER 11: With an aim to engage the students in beneficial activities, Mission Vatsalya, Shopian today organised a Cricket Match for the student inmates of Child Care Institution (CCI) Pinjora Shopian at Shirmal Playfield.
The mixed event participated by boys and girls of the institution was inaugurated by the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Shopian, Mohammad Shahid Saleem Dar.
The DC interacted with the participants and called upon them to take part in extra-curricular activities enthusiastically for their overall growth and personal development.
Promoting inclusivity, teamwork among the new generations must be appreciated by one and all, said DC while lauding the efforts of the department.
The DC’s presence and encouragement highlighted the administration’s commitment to the welfare and development of children in need of care.
By organizing such events, Mission Vatsalya Shopian aims to provide a supportive environment for the students to develop their skills and interests.
