POONCH, DECEMBER 17: Deputy Commissioner Poonch Vikas Kundal today visited the upgraded Anganwadi centre. The visit marked a crucial effort in the ongoing mission to improve nutrition and developmental facilities for children.
The visit focused on assessing the critical aspects, including the status of supplementary nutrition, staff strength and facilities for children.
The Deputy Commissioner inspected the kitchen facilities, storage of nutritional supplies, and overall hygiene standards. He engaged with children, inquiring about the facilities available for them and their experiences and needs.
The Deputy Commissioner also encouraged staff members to stay vigilant and perform their duty with commitment, reinforcing the significance of their contribution towards child welfare.
Present during the visit were the POICDS, CDPO Haveli, and other concerned officials.
