KISHTWAR, JANUARY 15: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kishtwar Rajesh Kumar Shavan today took the monthly review of progress achieved under the District Good Governance Index (DGGI) in the District here at a meeting of line departments.

The DC conducted a comprehensive review of sector-specific performance in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Horticulture, Employment, Education, Health, Rural Development, Public Infrastructure, Jal Shakti, Banks, and others.

The focus was on evaluating governance measures under the DGGI framework and analyzing indicators to gain insights into the current status and progress over time.

The line departments were given timelines to achieve the targets.

The meeting was attended by DSEO Kishtwar Akhil Thakur, ALC Kishtwar Mamta Sudershan, EO Municipality Kishtwar Mirza Mumtaz Iqbal, CHO Kishtwar Sajid Mustafa, CEO Kishtwar Javed Ahmed Kitchloo, DSHO Kishtwar, ExEn PMGSY, ExEn Jal Shakti, and other sectoral heads.
