ANANTNAG, FEBRUARY 17: The District Legal Services Authority Anantnag in collaboration with Tehsil Legal Services Committees of District is going to hold 1st National Lok Adalat of the year 2025 at District Court Complex Anantnag as well as Taluka courts on March 08, 2025.
The cases regarding pre-Litigation and post Litigation Cases, NI Act cases under Section 138, Bank Recovery matters, Labour disputes cases, Electricity and Water bills excluding Non-compoundable, Criminal Compoundable, Matrimonial and other civil disputes were taken up during this National Lok Adalat for amicable settlement.
Accordingly, it is informed to all concerned parties, advocates who desire to get their cases, disputes and claims settled through this National Lok Adalat may approach District Legal Services Authority Anantnag/Concerned Tehsil Legal Services Committees by or before 28th of February 2025, so that their cases, claims and disputes can be settled amicably through this National Lok Adalat.
