POONCH, FEBRUARY 24: Deputy Commissioner Vikas Kundal today visited Raja Sukhdev Singh District Hospital to evaluate its functioning and the quality of healthcare services provided to patients.
He inspected OPD, Labour Section, Operation Theatre, diagnostic labs, X-Ray, and ECG sections, Hospital Dispensary and interacted with patients and their attendants to get feedback about the medical care being provided.
He took stock of cleanliness, and checked the staff attendance and exhorted the doctors and staff to work diligently to meet patient needs. The DC expressed satisfaction with the facilities and patient care provided by the hospital administration and staff.
Furthermore, the Deputy Commissioner asked the Medical Superintendent to assess the infrastructure needs of the hospital to facilitate necessary improvements by the district administration.
