UDHAMPUR, FEBRUARY 26: Deputy Commissioner Udhampur Saloni Rai convened a meeting with Small Business Development Units (SBDU) and Business Help Desk (BHD) members to discuss their strategic role and responsibilities in implementing the Institutional business support mechanism under the Mission Yuva project to leverage self-employment potential in the district.
At the outset, Priyanka Gupta, AD Employment delivered a detailed PowerPoint presentation, elaborating on the specific roles and responsibilities assigned to each Committee member.
Stress was laid on creating a dependable system to support potential entrepreneurs, create new jobs and micro-enterprises and drive economic growth by creating self-employment opportunities.
The DC informed the participants that a Committee has been constituted to oversee the successful implementation of the project, ensuring that all stakeholders clearly understand their individual responsibilities.
She emphasized that every member must have a clear understanding of their individual responsibilities to enhance coordination, improve efficiency and ensure smooth execution of the Yuva project in the District.
The DC added that each Yuva Doot will be identified only after completing the necessary selection formalities as per the Yuva Doot Document.
