All concerned desirous of getting their cases settled may approach DLSA Srinagar/ concerned courts by or before May-21

DLSA Srinagar to hold 2nd National Lok Adalat on May 31st

SRINAGAR, MAY 16: District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Srinagar is going to hold 2nd National Lok Adalat of the year on 31st May 2025 at District Court Complex Srinagar.

During the Lok Adalat, both pre-Litigation and post Litigation Cases shall be taken up for amicable resolution. Pre -Litigation cases comprise Bank Recovery matters, Labour dispute cases, Electricity and Water bills (excluding non-Compoundable) and other (Criminal Compoundable, Matrimonial, other civil disputes etc).

Among those Pending in Courts include Criminal Compoundable offence, NI Act cases under Section 138, Bank Recovery matters, MACT cases, Labour disputes cases, Electricity and Water bills (excluding non-Compoundable), Matrimonial cases (Except Divorce matters), Land Acquisition cases and other civil cases (rent, easementary rights, injunctions suit, specific performance suit) etc.

It is as such notified that all concerned parties/advocates who desire to get their cases/ disputes/claims settled through this 2nd National Lok Adalat may approach District Legal Services Authority Srinagar/ concerned courts by or before 21 May, 2025, so that their cases/claims/disputes can be settled amicably through this National LokAdalat.
