Kulgam: Two youth allegedly committed suicide by hanging themselves in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district in the last 24 hours, officials said here on Monday.
An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that last evening a youth allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself in an orchard at his native village in Guddar.
He said similarly today evening a 19-year-old youth allegedly hanged himself in his home in Nanibug village.
“He was rushed to a hospital where doctors declared him dead on arrival,” he said.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of both incidents and started further investigation—(KNO)
