RAMBAN, DECEMBER, 27: A comprehensive 3-day Eye Screening and Cataract Surgery Camp was successfully conducted at District Hospital Ramban.
As many as 30 patients successfully underwent cataract surgeries at the camp. The surgeries were expertly performed by a dedicated ophthalmology team comprising Dr. Farooq Ahmad Runyal, Consultant Ophthalmology GMC Doda and Dr. Iffat Runyal Medical Officer (MS Ophthalmology) District Hospital Ramban, with the valuable assistance of the skilled operation theatre staff of the District Hospital.
The successful conduct of the camp was further strengthened by the unwavering support and effective coordination of the NPCB & VI Nodal Officers, Dr. Kamal Gupta and Dr. Jatinder Kaur.
The District Hospital Administration has extended its sincere gratitude to the Directorate of Health Services Jammu, and the NPCB team for their continued support and guidance.
