PULWAMA, OCTOBER 15: In compliance to the directions of NALSA and JK Legal Services Authority, 4th Under Trial Review Committee (UTRC) meeting was held today in the office chambers of Pr. District & Sessions judge Pulwama.
The meeting was presided over by the Pr. District & Sessions Judge Pulwama, Secretary DLSA Pulwama, SSP Pulwama, ADC Pulwama, Superintendent of Sub-Jail Pulwama and Chief LADC Pulwama.
In this meeting the list of Under trial prisoners furnished by the concerned authorities was taken up for consideration.
A total of 6 cases were taken up and discussed and out of which 2 cases were recommended for consideration by the committee as per the guidelines and remained 4 were recommended for medical examination to the concerned medical board in order to get their present health status and accordingly concerned court will decide their release as per the law.
