RAMBAN, JULY 26: The Chief Education Officer (CEO) Ramban today conducted a comprehensive inspection of the ongoing Bi-Annual 10+2 Examination at Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS) Ramban. He reviewed the examination arrangements and stressed the importance of conducting the exams in a fair, disciplined and transparent manner. The CEO interacted with students and supervisory staff, reiterating strict adherence to departmental norms.
He also assessed the overall academic environment, discipline, staff punctuality, infrastructure, and teaching-learning processes at GHSS Ramban, City Middle School and the kindergarten.
Assessing the Mid-Day Meal (MDM) scheme implementation, the CEO checked the meal quality, hygiene standards and record maintenance.
Later, he visited the Zonal Education Office (ZEO), evaluating administrative functioning, office records, and service delivery mechanisms. He directed the zonal staff to strengthen school-level coordination and maintain up-to-date documentation.
In addition, he visited the CMS Building, to assess its suitability as a temporary accommodation for the newly sanctioned Kendriya Vidyalaya. He examined infrastructure readiness and available facilities and discussed logistical preparations for the timely start of the school.
