KUPWARA, SEPTEMBER 13: To review the progress of ongoing developmental works in DDC Constituency Wavoora,
Vice Chairman DDC Kupwara, Haji Farooq Ahmad Mir today chaired a meeting of officers of line departments at the meeting hall of RDD Complex Kupwara.
Chief Animal Husbandry Officer Kupwara, DAO, DSHO, DPEO and other concerned officers and officials were present in the meeting.
On the occasion, the Vice Chairman impressed upon the officers to speed up the execution of all ongoing developmental works in Wavoora DDC constituency to ensure the works are completed well in time.
He took detailed review of various works under R&B, PHE, SMAGRA, Rural Development and directed the concerned officers to gear up their men and machinery for completion of these projects which will fulfill the long pending demand of the people living in far flung areas of Lolab.
Earlier, the Vice Chairman was briefed on the progress of various development schemes including 14th F.C, MGNREGA, SBM, PMAY, B2V and other allied schemes. He also reviewed the works under DDC, BDC and PRI grants 2025-26.
The Vice Chairman emphasized the importance of completing these projects on schedule and ensuring that they meet the needs of local communities.
