Power Shutdown by KPDCL

SRINAGAR, OCTOBER 10: According to the Chief Engineer, Distribution, KPDCL, in order to carry branch cutting of trees coming under 33 KV lines, shutdown of 33 KV Arampora line shall be observed due to which Arampora, Shair Colony, Panzipora and Bugoo receiving stations shall remain off while power supply to Panzipora, Tarzoo, Hygam, Shair Colony, Arampora, Mahrajpora, Bugoo, Police Station, ADC and adjoining areas will be affected from 09.30 AM to 03.30 PM on 11 October, 2025.

Similarly, shutdown of 33 KV Bandipora line shall be observed due to which Watlab, Duroo and Tujjar Sharief receiving shall remain off while power supply to Watlab, Hathlangoo, Warpora, Dooru, Shiva, Tujjar Sharief, Shrian and adjoining areas will be affected from 09:30 AM to 03.30 PM on 20 & 25 October, 2025.

Moreover, shutdown of 33 KV Nowpora line shall observed due to which Nowpora, Achabal, Bomai and Seelu receiving stations shall remain off while power supply to Nowpora, Mazbugh, Reban, Achabal, Doabgah, Ferozpora and adjoining areas will be affected from 09:30 AM to 03.30 PM on 13 & 18 October, 2025.

Likewise, shutdown of 33 KV Sopore line shall be observed due to which Sopore-1st and Sopore-2nd receiving stations shall remain off while power supply to Essential, Court Road, Khanday, Samad, Model Town, Kapra, Noorbagh, Essential, Hospital and adjoining areas will be affected from 09:30 AM to 03.30 PM on 22 & 28 October, 2025.

Similarly, shutdown of 33 KV Pattan line shall be observed due to which Palhalan and Hamray receving stations shall remain off and power supply to Palhalan, Wanigam, Hamray, Lolipora and adjoining areas will be affected from 09:30 AM to 03.30 PM on 21 & 25 October, 2025.

Likewise, shutdown to 33 KV Wagoora line shall be observed due to which Sangrama, Wagoora, Kreeri and Ichloo receiving stations will remain off and power supply to Nowpora, Sangrama, Boosu, Wagoora, Watergam, Kreeri, Ichloo, Saloosa and adjoining areas will be affected from 09:30 AM to 03.30 PM on 15, 18 & 22 October, 2025.

Furthermore, shutdown of 33 KV HMT line shall be observed due to which Singhpora, Nehalpora, Mirgund and Shadipora receiving stations will remain off and power supply to Singhpora, Duslipora, Kalsari, Rambilgarh, Mirgund, Shadipora and adjoining areas will be affected from 09:30 AM to 03.30 PM on 16, 20 & 23 October, 2025.

Meanwhile, as per a separate shutdown schedule issued by the Chief Engineer, Distribution, KPDCL, to carry out various routine annual maintenance activities at various 132 KV Tr. Lines and 132/33 KV Grid Substations, shutdown of 132 KV Zainakote-Wanganpora Transmission Line (Circuit-I) shall be observed from 09:30 AM to 03.30 PM on 13 &14 October, 2025 & 09:30 AM to 12:00 Noon on 15 October,2025 and shutdown of 132 KV Zainakote-Wanganpora Transmission Line (Circuit-II) shall be observed on 15 October from 12:00 Noon to 03:30 PM & 16 October, 2025 from 09:30 AM to 03.30 PM & 17 October, 2025 from 9:30 AM to 12:00 noon due to which power supply to Kawdara, Khanyar, Safakadal, SH Pora, Soura, Takanwari and adjoining areas will be affected on these days.

Similarly, shutdown of 200 MVA, 132/33 KV Grid Substation Wanganpora and 100 MVA, 132/33 KV GIS Khanyar shall be observed due to which power supply to Kawdara, Khanyar, Safakadal, SH Pora, Soura, Takanwari, BAM Khan, Kathi Darwaza and adjoining areas will be affected from 09:00 AM to 04.00 PM on 23 October, 2025.

Likewise, shutdown of 70 MVA, 132/33 KV Grid Substation Kangan shall be observed due to which power supply to Kangan, Surfraw, Wussan, Gangangeer along with Z-morh Tunnel will be affected from 09:00 AM to 04.00 PM on 27 October, 2025.

Likewise, shutdown of 33 KV Pattan line shall be observed due to which Pattan, Palhalan and Hamray receiving stations shall remain off while power supply to Pattan, Zangum, Nehalpora, Palhalan, Hanjiwera, Hamray, Loolipora, Wanigam and adjoining areas will be affected form 09.30 AM to 03.30 PM on 19 October, 2025.

Similarly, shutdown of 33 KV Watergam line shall be observed due which Watergam, Hadipora, and Hachipora receiving stations shall remain off while power supply to Watergam, Hachipora, Palpora, Behrampora, Dangiwacha and adjoining areas will be affected from 09.30 AM to 03.30 PM on 18 October, 2025

Likewise, shutdown of 33 KV SIDCO line will be observed due to which Rohama, Chakloo, MID, Irrigation and Seer receiving stations will remain off while power supply to Rohama, Panzla, Shutloo, Tragpora, Chakloo, Nadihal, Aqua, PHE, Ladoora, Irrigation, Seer and adjoining areas will be affected from 09.30 AM to 03.30 PM on 20 October, 2025.

Furthermore, shutdown of 33 KV Uri line will be observed due to which Salamabad, Bandi, Mohura, and Noorkhah receiving stations will remain off and power supply to Salambad, NHPC, MES, TFC, Garkote, Balkote, Bandi, Uri, Mohura, Rampur, Bani, Bijhama, Dhani and adjoining areas will be affected from 09.30 AM to 03.30 PM on 18 October, 2025

Similarly, shutdown of 33 KV Boniyar line will observed due to which power supply to Boniyar and Nowshera receiving stations shall remain off while power supply to Boniyar, Trikanjan, Limber, Nowshera, JNV and adjoining areas will be affected from 09.30 AM to 03.30 PM on 13 October, 2025.

Likewise, shutdown of 33 KV Malpora line will be observed due to which power supply to Chandoosa, Malpora, Gantamulla, and Sultanpora shall remain off while Chandoosa, Hospital, Dangerpora, Sultanpora, Gantamulla, Malpora, Hevan, Namblan and adjoining areas will be affected from 09.30 AM to 03.30 PM on 15 October, 2025.

As per a separate shutdown schedule issued by the Chief Engineer, Distribution, KPDCL, to carry out Installation of Higher Ratio CTs within the switchyard of 132/33 KV Grid Station Magam, shutdown of 132/33 KV Grid Substation Magam shall be observed due to which 33 KV Beerwah feeder will be remain off from 09.00 AM to 03.30 PM on 11 October, 2025 and 33 KV Kongamdara feeder will remain off from 09.00 AM to 03.30 PM on 13 October, 2025 due to which power supply to Beerwah, Arizal, Zanigam, Raiyar, Hardpanzoo, Sonpah, Najan, Khag, Gandipora Mazhama, Old Sanoor, Aripanthan, Magam, Weriahama, Budren, Agrikalan, Khior, Batpora, Kunzar, Goigmam, Ahmedpora, Kongamdara, Dhobiwan and adjoining areas will be affected on these days.

Similarly, shutdown of 33 KV Wangipora Batwina Tapline and 33 KV Army Hakbara line will be observed due to which Batwina, Wangipora, Nowgam, Hakbara, Hajin, Preng Madwan, and Army receiving stations will remain off while power supply Batwina, Nowgam, Wangipora, Zazana, Ahan, Waskura, Kharbagh, Sumbal, Nesbal, Hajin, Preng, Madwan, Banyari, Hakbara, Chandergeer and adjoining areas will be effected from 09.00 am to 03.30 PM on 13 & 18 October, 2025

Likewise, shutdown of 33 KV Lar-Tulmulla line will be observed due to which Lar and Tulmulla receiving stations shall remain off while power supply to Lar, Waliwar, Repore, Tulmulla, Dangerpora, Larsun and adjoining areas will be affected from 09.00 am to 03.30 PM on 11 & 16 October, 2025

Furthermore, shutdown of 33 KV Alasteng-Nagbal line and 33 KV Alasteng-Zakura line (Pertains to STD-I) will be observed due to which Alasteng, Nagbal, Gadoora, Tulbagh, Saloora, Gulabagh, Ahmad Nagar and Umer Hair receiving stations will remain off while power supply to Shuhama, Bakura, Darend, Nagbal, Fatehpora, Gadoora, Tulbagh, Chundina, Sherpathri, Pandach, Pathan Colony, Gulabagh, Mir Mohalla, Umerhair, Nowbugh, Ahmadnagar 90ft road, Khalmullah and adjoining areas will be affected from 09.00 am to 03.30 PM on 11 October, 2025.

Likewise, shutdown of 33 KV Alasteng Power House line shall be observed due to which power supply to Power House, Manigam, Duderhama and Contingency Plant shall remain off while Beehama, Arampora, Arch, Nunner, Manigam, Duderhama, Malshahibagh, Wayil, Gutlibagh and adjoining areas areas will be affected from 09.00 am to 03.30 PM on 14 October, 2025.

Similarly, shutdown of 33 KV Kangan Surfraw line and 33 KV Kangan line shall be observed due to which Kangan, PDC Kangan, Surfraw, and Gagangeer receiving stations shall remain off while Gund, Kullan, Gagangeer, Sonamarg, Fraw, Ganiwan, Mammer, Wangath, Kangan, Akhal, Baba Nagri and adjoining areas will be affected from 09.00 am to 03.30 PM on 11 October, 2025.

Likewise, shutdown of 33 KV Kangan-Wussan line shall be observed due to which Wussan receiving station will remain off while Wussan, Preng, Manigam, Haripora and adjoining areas will be affected from 09.00 am to 03.30 PM on 15 October, 2025.
