Power Shutdown by KPDCL

Power Shutdown in south Kashmir areas

SRINAGAR, OCTOBER 29: According to the Chief Engineer, Distribution KPDCL, power shutdown of 33 KV Baramulla-1st line will be observed due to which Baramulla-I, Kanlibagh, and GMC Baramulla receiving stations shall remain off while power supply to Baramulla main Town, Khanpora, Kanlibagh, GMC Baramulla, DC office and adjoining areas will be affected from 09.30 AM to 03.30 PM on 06 November, 2025.

Similarly, shutdown of 33 KV Baramulla-2nd line will be observed due to which Baramulla-II, Drangbal, Bagh-i-Islam, and Sheeri receiving stations shall remain off while power supply to Drangbal, Bagh-i-Islam, Sheeri and adjoining areas will be affected from 09.30 AM to 03.30 PM on 2 November, 2025.

Likewise, shutdown of 33 KV Handwara Old line will be observed due to which Zachaldara, Adoora, and Changmulla receiving stations shall remain off while power supply to Zachaldara, Adoora, Changmulla and adjoining areas will be affected from 09.09.30 AM to 03.30 PM on 30 October, 2 & 4 November 2025.

Further, shutdown of 33 KV Batkoot Pahalgam Tapline will be observed due to which Batkoot, Pahalgam, AIS & GIS receiving stations shall remain off while power supply to Batkoot, Pahalgam and adjoining areas will be affected from 10.00 AM to 03.30 PM on 30 October 2025.

Similarly, shutdown of 33 KV Mattan Pahalgam line will be observed due to which Hutmurrah, Aishmuqam, Batkoot, Salia, Saller, Pahalgam AIS & GIS receiving stations shall remain off while power supply to Hutmurrah, Seer, Akad, Aishmuqam, Batkoo, Saller, Pahalgam and adjoining areas will be affected from 10.00 AM to 03.30 PM on 1st November, 2025.

Likewise, shutdown of 33 KV Awantipora Khiram Tap line will be observed due to which Khiram receiving station shall remain off while power supply to Khiram, Mahind and adjoining areas will be affected from 10.00 AM to 03.30 PM on 01, 03, 05 & 8 November, 2025.
