DODA, DECEMBER 27: A public outreach camp was organised at Tehsil Headquarters Chiralla today.
District Development Council Chairman Dhananter Singh Kotwal presided over the event. Earlier, he inaugurated the Block and Panchayat offices and a newly constructed footbridge, strengthening connectivity for the local population.
The programme was attended by ACD, Din Mohammad Afaqi, local BDO and other concerned officers.
Addressing the gathering, the DDC Chairman expressed his pleasure on visiting Tehsil Headquarters Chiralla. He appreciated the efforts of DDC Chiralla Manohar Lal Aryan. He also lauded the proactive role of the ACD and BDO Chiralla in resolving public grievances efficiently. The Chairman particularly acknowledged the dedicated services rendered by senior citizen Sher Singh Ji, appreciating his contribution to social welfare.
The DDC Chairman informed the public that the administration has been regularly organising public outreach camps to ensure transparent, accessible and time-bound redressal of grievances. He stated that the District Development Council has been making consistent efforts to address public issues and ensure that development initiatives reach the last mile, especially in remote and far-flung areas.
Assuring the gathering, the Chairman stated that the public demand for opening a bank branch at Chiralla would be taken up at the appropriate forum for early resolution.
Regarding the demand for construction of a Common Service Centre (CSC) near the Guest House Chiralla, he directed the ACD to take the necessary action, reiterating the administration’s commitment to people-centric development and improved public service delivery.
