SAMBA, FEBRUARY 07: Commandant General, HG/CD & SDRF J&K (DGP), A G Mir on Saturday formally inaugurated newly constructed Building Complex of Homeguards/Civil Defence & SDRF at Samba. DIG, HG/CD & SDRF Jammu and Commandant SDRF 2nd Bn. Jammu were also present at the inaugural function.
In his inaugural speech, the A G Mir said that the advanced facilities for training at the new building will help in upgrading the operational efficiency of the personnel. “This new building facility represents a mile stone in strengthening Civil Defence, Homeguards & SDRF operational efficiency by gaining training in handling of the latest equipment and planning readiness to deal with disasters,” he said.
The other officers of the organization present at the inaugural ceremony were Dy.SP Manzoor Hussain; Dy.SP Dinesh Gupta; Dy.SP, Rohit, Dys SP Lalit Kumar; Dy.SP Dev Singh; Dy.SP Satvir Singh; Dy.SP, Rakesh Jamwal, DY SP Surdeep Singh Jamwal and Dy.SP Raghubir Singh.
