REASI, FEBRUARY 25: Mission Director, Mission Poshan J&K Sajad Ahmed Ganai today reviewed the performance of Poshan Department – Reasi at a meeting held here today.
The Director reviewed key nutritional indicators, growth monitoring mechanisms, supplementary nutrition, field-level implementation and identification of critical gaps. The progress achieved to date was evaluated and strategies were deliberated upon to further strengthen service delivery and ensure improved outcomes for beneficiaries.
The Mission Director appreciated the efforts of the district team and emphasized the need for focused monitoring, timely submission of reports, enhanced community mobilization and effective convergence among stakeholders to achieve the objectives of the mission. He underscored the importance of accountability and collective responsibility in improving the nutritional status of women and children across the district.
The officers and supervisors reiterated their commitment to achieving the prescribed targets and implementing the directions in letter and spirit.
The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks, reaffirming the department’s resolve to work with renewed dedication for the welfare of beneficiaries in District Reasi.
Among others, CDPO Arnas, CDPO Reasi, CDPO Pouni, CDPO Mahore and Supervisors from all four ICDS projects of the district were present during the meeting.
