KUPWARA, MARCH 08: The District Hub for Empowerment of Women (DHEW) Mission Shakti, Department of Social Welfare Kupwara today celebrated International Women’s Day at Palaash Handwara.
On the occasion, DHEW Kupwara organised a series of events to celebrate the day which included painting competition, debate and rally.
Winners of painting competition, and debate were felicitated with mementos and appreciation certificates.
