BANDIPORA, MARCH 14: Directorate of Youth Services and Sports (YS&S) organised a Health and Wellness Awareness Programme at HS Bagh Bandipora.
The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from a large number of students who actively engaged in the awareness activities.
The programme aimed to educate students about the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, personal hygiene, mental well-being, and regular physical activity. Students were sensitised about adopting positive habits that contribute to overall wellness and improved academic performance.
Participants showed keen interest and enthusiasm throughout the session, making the programme both informative and impactful.
On the occasion, District Youth Services & Sports Officer Bandipora, Nazir Ahmad Bhat, closely monitored the smooth conduct of the programme and appreciated the efforts of the organisers for promoting health awareness among the younger generation.
