RAMBAN, APRIL 02: An Orientation-cum-Training Program for newly empaneled Motivators was today organized by the Employment Office Ramban with the objective to strengthen grassroots outreach under the Mission YUVA scheme.
The program was chaired by Assistant Director Employment Amit Kumar. In his inaugural address, he provided an overview of the Mission YUVA scheme and emphasized its significance in promoting self-employment and entrepreneurship among the youth. He urged the Motivators to work with dedication and enthusiasm and to actively engage with unemployed youth to guide them towards sustainable livelihood opportunities under the scheme.
The training session was conducted by Counselling Officer DE&CC Aamir Hassan, who delivered a detailed presentation on various aspects of the Mission YUVA scheme. He elaborated on the role and responsibilities of Motivators, key performance indicators and strategies for effective community engagement.
The session witnessed active participation from the Motivators, who engaged in an interactive question-and-answer segment to clarify their queries and gain deeper insights into their roles.
