DDC Reasi reviews formulation of District Capex Budget 2026-27

REASI, MAY 12: District Development Commissioner Reasi Kumar Abhishek today chaired a meeting to review the formulation of the District Capex Budget 2026-27.

During the meeting, the DDC reviewed the status of budget proposals submitted by the Block Development Officers and other concerned departments. He directed the officers to submit their respective budget proposals by May 13 to ensure timely finalisation of the District Capex Plan.

The DDC instructed the officers to revisit the proposed plans and ensure that all works included in the plan are feasible and can be completed within the stipulated time frame. He emphasized to give priority to need based and community-oriented developmental works.

He further directed the concerned department to push proposals for construction of buildings for schools lacking the same to improve educational facilities in the district.

ADDC Krishan Lal; CPO Narinder Kumar; ACD Mukesh Sharma; Chief Education Officer and other concerned officers attended the meeting.
