SAMBA, AUGUST 4: Deputy Commissioner Samba Ayushi Sudan today chaired a meeting at the DC Office to review Change of Land Use (CLU) applications received from across the district.
A total of 10 CLU cases were examined in detail with inputs from the concerned departments. After comprehensive deliberations, 2 cases were approved, 4 were kept pending for further compliance, 2 were rejected, while 02 others were revisited for detailed examination.
The Deputy Commissioner asked concerned functionaries to move only those proposals that comply with the statutory provisions, are environmentally sustainable and in conformity with the planned developmental priorities of the district. “Strict adherence to the prescribed legal framework, regulatory norms and timelines is essential,” she reiterated.
The meeting was attended by Additional Commissioner Revenue (ACR) Ajay Bharti, Executive Engineers and other concerned officers, who provided technical inputs and procedural clarifications on the cases under consideration.
