KISHTWAR, SEPTEMBER 19: Deputy Commissioner/Principal Census Officer Kishtwar Pankaj Kumar Sharma today flagged off a Census-2027 publicity vehicle deputed by the Directorate of Census Operations, Jammu & Kashmir, to generate widespread awareness among the public regarding the ongoing Population Enumeration of Census-2027.
The publicity vehicle will cover different areas of the district and disseminate key messages regarding the Census process, encouraging citizens to extend full cooperation to the census functionaries and ensure complete and accurate enumeration.
The Deputy Commissioner urged the general public to actively participate in the Census exercise and emphasized that every household and every person counts.
ADC (DCO) Pawan Kotwal, ACR Idrees Lone, DSEO/CPO (ADCO) Suresh Kumar Sharma, besides staff of the concerned departments were also present on the occasion.
