Man shoots wife, himself in Kishtwar

Jammu: A man, reportedly an ex-serviceman, shot himself and his wife in Kishtwar. Both have been hospitalised.

A police official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that Ghulam Hussain of village Thakrie shot his wife with 12 bore rifle.

The official said the lady survived and the man later shot himself. He is now critical.

The duo has been shifted to the hospital and the police have started an investigation into the matter, he said—(KNO)
