Doda, September 15:The Department of Youth Services and Sports in Doda is gearing up for the Divisional Level Inter-District U17 Volleyball Tournament, scheduled to kick off on September 16, 2023. The tournament follows the successful completion of the U14 volleyball tournament. In preparation for the event, DYSSO has issued directives to ensure all necessary tasks are completed before the tournament’s commencement, with any remaining shortcomings expected to be resolved by the end of the day. The matches will take place at the Doda Sports Stadium.
This sporting extravaganza is being organized under the patronage of Director Youth Services and Sports, Subhash Chandra Chibber, and is guided by JD-YSS Jammu, Suram Chand Sharma. The overall supervision of the event falls under the purview of DYSSO Doda, Jaffer Haider Sheikh. The reception committee is already prepared to welcome delegates, starting today.
