Srinagar, Oct 08: National Conference—Congress alliance is heading for a victory in the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council- Kargil election.
As per news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), Congress has won three seats, National Conference two and BJP one.
The counting has been completed for six seats so far—(KNO)
