The inauguration ceremony, marked by its grandeur, was presided over by Prof. (Dr.) Shad Ramzan, the Convener of the Kashmiri Board of Sahitya Academy, lending an aura of intellectual eminence to the event.

Renowned broadcaster and former Director of All India Radio Srinagar, Syed Humayun Qaiser, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, adding to the luster of the gathering.

Mr. Muhammad Amin Bhat, noted broadcaster and former President of Aadbi Markaz Kamraz, attended as the guest of honor.

The stage featured luminaries like Syed Uddin Saadi, Nazir Hussain Hussain Gowhar, Patron of Aadbi Markaz Kamraz, Dr. Rafiq Masoudi, a former broadcaster, Rashid Roshan, President of Bahar e Adab Tilgam, and Ghulam Hasan Bhat.

Shahid Dilnavi’s essay on the book, “Sadafas Munz Dardan Akh Silsbeel,” presented by Abid Ashraf, eloquently dissected the literary prowess of ‘Sadfus Manz Dardaan.’

A diverse gathering of writers, poets, and ardent literature enthusiasts from the valley added vibrancy to the event, making it a true celebration of literature.

The event was further enriched by the presence of Javid Ahmad Mir, Nazir Ahmad Mir, and Mohammad Azam Mir, who warmly welcomed the guests.
