Shiv Sena accuses the administration of violating the constitutional rights of the party

Jammu:- Shiv Sena (UBT) Jammu and Kashmir unit has accused the Jammu and Kashmir administration and police officials of hindering the expansion and promotion of the party. Blamed  the above allegations during a press conference organized at the party state central office here  today.
 State chief Manish Sahni said that as per the  announced program under the campaign “Pehele Adhikaar Phir Sarkar” campaign , there will be a dialogue with the  public on March 9 at 5 pm.
As soon as he reached the press enclave in Srinagar
, Shiv Sena leaders were taken into custody and taken to Kothibagh police station in Srinagar.  Sahni said that written information about the program was given to the administration well on time.
  Sahni said that he was kept in custody for about two hours and was forced to return to Jammu.  Sahni said such behavior of the police administration is a violation of their  constitutional rights.  Sahni said that he along with party leaders  was kept in custody for about two hours and was forced to return to Jammu.  Sahni said such behavior of the police administration is a violation of constitutional rights.  Making allegations, Sahni said that at the behest of the ruling party, opposition parties, especially Shiv Sena, are being prevented from expanding and propagating the party.
शिवसेना का प्रशासन व पुलिस पर पार्टी पर संविधानिक अधिकारों के हनन का आरोप।
जम्मू:- शिवसेना(यूबीटी) जम्मू-कश्मीर ईकाई ने जम्मू-कश्मीर प्रशासन व पुलिस अधिकारियों पर पार्टी के विस्तार , प्रचार-प्रसार में  रुकावट डालने का आरोप लगाया है।
पार्टी प्रदेश मध्यवर्ती कार्यालय मे आयोजित आज एक पत्रकारों वार्ता के दौरान प्रदेश प्रमुख मनीश साहनी ने उक्त आरोप लगाते हुए बताया कि  “पहले अधिकार फिर सरकार”  अभियान के तहत अपने तय एवं घोषित कार्यक्रम के अनुसार  9 मार्च को शाम 5 बजे पत्रकारों व जनता से संवाद साधनें के लिए वह जैसे ही श्रीनगर के प्रैस इंक्लेव पहुंचे । उन्हें पुलिस बल का इस्तेमाल कर  हिरासत में ले , श्रीनगर के कोठीबाग थाने ले जाया  गया। साहनी ने बताया कि प्रशासन को कार्यक्रम की लिखित जानकारी दी गई थी।  इसके बावजूद उन्हें मीडिया  तथा  जनता से संवाद‌ करने की अनुमति नहीं दी गई।
 साहनी ने कहा कि करीब दो घंटे तक  हिरासत में रखा उन्हें जम्मू वापस जाने के लिए मजबूर किया गया। साहनी ने पुलिस प्रशासन का ऐसा व्यवहार संविधानिक अधिकारों का हनन है। साहनी ने आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि उन्होंने कहा कि  सत्ताधारी पार्टी के इशारों पर विपक्षी  दलों खासकर शिवसेना को  पार्टी के विस्तार तथा प्रचार-प्रसार से  रोका जा रहा है।‌
