Training Session on Vulnerable Mapping Conducted by District Election Authority in Doda

DODA, MARCH 17: The District Election Authority in Doda organized a training session on vulnerable mapping for Sector Officers and Police Officers.

The session was held under the supervision of Additional Deputy Commissioner Sudershan Kumar and the guidance of Deputy District Election Officer Om Prakash.

Led by District Level Master Trainer (DLMT) Dr. Akhtar Hussain, the session provided detailed information and guidance on vulnerable mapping to all sector officers, zonal magistrates, and police officers in the district. Attendees were briefed on the importance of accurately mapping vulnerable areas to ensure the integrity and transparency of the electoral process.

During the meeting, ADC acting as the nodal officer of election, emphasized the importance of coordination among all officers and officials deployed for the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections. He stressed upon the need to complete all necessary formalities to facilitate smooth conduct of the elections.

The training session, attended by civil officers and police officers, also addressed arrangements for movement during the election period and discussed vehicle logistics. Deputy District Election Officer Doda provided instructions to participants on conducting the election process and emphasized the timely submission of the vulnerable mapping report once the election date is finalized. He assured that all necessary arrangements, including vehicle availability, would be made promptly to support the election process effectively.
