BANDIPORA, MAY 08: The District Election Officer (DEO) Bandipora, Shakeel ul Rehman on Wednesday reviewed arrangements for Home Voting and took a detailed review of the transport plan in a meeting held at Mini Secretariat, Bandipora.

While sharing the details, ARTO Bandipora Anees Ahmad informed the meeting that the road chart has already been worked out and that the alternative route plan has also been chalked out in case of any exigency.
On the occasion, the DC directed the AROs to oversee arrangements for Micro Observers and polling parties at all polling stations and urged the concerned to ensure all necessary arrangements are put in place well in advance for voters including Parking space for poll party vehicles, refreshment and accommodation for female employees at Pink polling stations.

He also directed the concerned to ensure that No side/wrong parking is allowed on poll day on all routes.
The DEO asked the concerned to organize more intensive activities under SVEEP at pink polling stations to attract maximum voters.

ADC (Nodal Officer MCC) Umar Shafi Pandit, SP Mohammad Shafaat, DyDEO Mohammad Rafeeq, ACR (ARO 15- Bandipora) Shabir Ahmad Wani, SDM(ARO 14-Sonawari) Aamir Choudhary, DIO Dr. Naseer Ahmad, Election Nodal Officers, , and other concerned attended the meeting.
