Lok Adalat on Traffic Challans & Electricity Bills on June 08 at Srinagar

SRINAGAR, MAY 29: In compliance with the plan of Action formulated by J&K Legal Services Authority, U.T of J&K, Lok Adalat for amicable settlement of Pre and Post Litigation pending before the courts at District Court Complex Srinagar and also Addl. Spl. Mobile Magistrate (13th FC) Panthachowk Srinagar, is scheduled to be held on 08 May, 2024

The Lok Adalat is scheduled to be held under the Chairmanship of Chairman District Legal Services Authority (PDJ) Srinagar.

Meanwhile, all the concerned Judicial Officers have been requested to identify Traffic Challans and Electricity Bills to be taken up in the Lok Adalat and submit the list of the cases to DLSA Srinagar by or before 04-06-2024.

The litigants who are interested to settle their dispute in the proposed Lok Adalat are directed to approach the concerned courts immediately so that their cases shall be listed for amicable settlement in the Lok Adalat.
