ADM Reasi asks commercial establishments to furnish full detail of their employees

REASI, JUNE 14: Additional District Magistrate, Reasi by virtue of powers vested under section 144 of Cr.PC ordered and require all the owners of the Hotels, Guest Houses, Restaurants, Dhabas, Shopping Malls and other commercial establishments in the District Reasi to furnish the details of their employees comprising of Name, Parentage, Age, residential Address, Adhar No., Mobile No. to their respective Police Stations and concerned Tehsildars within a period of 30 days (Hard & Soft copies) and this will be final opportunity failing which appropriate necessary action shall be initiated.

He also directed that owners of Hotels, Guest Houses, Restaurants, Dhabas, Shopping Malls and other commercial establishments in District Reasi shall install CCTVs in their business premises within a period of twenty one days (21 days) from the date of issuance of this order.

These orders promulgated came into force with effect from 14th of June, 2024 till 11th of August, 2024, unless withdrawn earlier, and subject to further extension or modification. He said that any contravention of this order shall attract legal consequences as are contemplated under section 188 of the India Penal Code 1860.
He said that the Senior Superintendent of Police, Reasi shall implement this order in letter and spirit.
