JKSSB Exam: Training for Supervisory Staff conducted in Kishtwar

KISHTWAR, JUNE 15: To ensure the smooth conduct of the upcoming JKSSB exam for the recruitment of Supervisors in the Social Welfare Department, the District Administration Kishtwar, led by Additional Deputy Commissioner Pawan Kotwal, hosted a training program for supervisory staff in collaboration with the District Coordinator JKSSB at the Conference Hall, DC Office Complex Kishtwar.

The meeting was attended by the Additional Superintendent of Police Kishtwar, Pawan Sharma; PO ICDS, Dr. Rishi Sharma, ACR Kishtwar, Idrees Ahmed Lone, SDM Paddar, Amit Kumar, DSWO Kishtwar, Zubair Ahmed, STO Kishtwar Maneet Kumar, Tehsildar Kishtwar, Tehsildar Drabshalla, BDO Kishtwar, Dy. CMO Kishtwar, Dy. CEO Kishtwar, invigilators, center superintendents (CS), exam coordinators (EC), and observers besides other concerned officials.

District Coordinator JKSSB, Abhay Indu Sharma ( Under Secretary JKSSB), briefed the participating invigilators, center superintendents (CS), exam coordinators (EC), and observers on all aspects of the OMR-based objective type written exam. They were educated about their roles and responsibilities to ensure the smooth and transparent conduct of the examination, scheduled for June 23, 2024, at the designated centers across the district.

Speaking on the occasion, ADC Kishtwar emphasized the need for the staff to work in a synchronized manner and urged the trainees to follow the procedures meticulously to ensure the smooth and transparent conduct of the examination at their respective centers.

Furthermore, Abhay Indu Sharma, Under Secretary JKSSB, informed that the examination would be held on June 23rd, 2024, from 11 AM to 2 PM at the designated examination centers.

He also noted that admit cards should be collected by the examination staff before candidates leave the examination center.

Additionally, magistrates will be appointed at all examination centers, where a total of 2783 aspirants are expected to appear.
