RAMBAN, JUNE 15: On Friday evening at around 10:00 PM Child Helpline Ramban and Child Welfare Committee Ramban received information from NGO Banihal Volunteers at Helpline no. 1098 regarding Missing girl Child at Railway station Banihal.
Acting Swiftly on the information and directions passed from time to time by Deputy Commissioner, Ramban, Baseer-Ul-Haq Chaudhary, District Child Protection Officer, Rahul Gupta, constituted a team headed by Project Coordinator Child Helpline Ramban, Muddasar Jiral and deputed them to Banihal Railway Station. The team after involving all stakeholders and in collaboration with NGO Banihal Volunteers rescued a minor girl of age approx 16 years and restored her to CCI (Parisha Ramban).
