REASI, AUGUST 14: As part of the activities conducted under Independence Day, Government General Zorawar Singh Degree College Reasi hosted inter-college competitions in various categories such as Quiz, National Anthem Singing, Essay Writing, and Poster Making on 10-08-2024.
All the Degree Colleges of District Reasi participated in these events.
GDC Katra took part in all the mentioned competitions where Sonika Sharma a B.A. Semester III student clinched the first position in the National Anthem Singing category while Akshit Sharma a B.A. Semester V student secured the second position with 25 marks.
Today a felicitation programme was organized at the college where these two meritorious students were honored by the Principal Dr. Rajni Bhagat in the presence of all teaching and non-teaching staff members.
The Principal extended her heartfelt congratulations not only to the position holders but to all participants.
She emphasized that participation in such programmes fosters a sense of competition and motivates students to engage in future events.
